The idea behind this design is solving the problem of space by designing a seat that can be folded, easy to carry, assemble and disassemble if need be to create more space.
The furniture is high end and bespoke. The piece is metallic and combined with fabric, leather, sponge cushions and fiber cushions, but not a scrap in the house. The fabrics are spotless and color coordinate in muted natural hues. It is comfortable and practical but by no means plush, more industrial and well assembled with a proper finish. Sitting there for polite conversation is easy enough to imagine but sinking into the sofa with a good book more so. It is the perfect place to entertain polite company. One wonders if there is another room with more casual pieces, a place to kick shoes off and curl up.
