This project is aimed at showcasing an. Advanced engineering solution to a problem we might face in future. It also explores different story telling techniques, animation, 3d modelling, lighting and rendering. The processes are fairly simple, to inspire others in Africa to create far better animations. The events of this film occur in future, assuming technology will have greatly advanced. The film explores a future where global warming due to pollution, overpopulation and environmental destruction has led to an extreme decline of the habitable state of this planet. In an effort to buy more time on earth, a space exploration company comes up with a new way of travelling to space where it has built a space station big enough to house millions of people. This new way of getting to space has a lot less carbon footprint and is much faster than using rockets.
