The motivation behind this design was inspired by the current market trends. More people prefer renting houses to buying or building them because it's cheaper over a short period, and not that many people can afford to buy or build. Renting however, comes with it's challenges, other than having to share space with a variety of people, not enough privacy and sometimes the noise, there's more to it, Space!
Cheaper appartments are not that spaceous while spaceous appartments are not that affordable, taking this into consideration, the choice of furniture becomes more circumstancial than prefferential. That however, is not how it has to be.
In this article, I have come up with a few designs of furniture that save on space, cost efficient, appealing, practical, comfortable and can carry the same capacity as other types of furniture in their field, some can carry more. With the use of software aided design, a bit of carpentry, blacksmithsorry, tailory and engineering, I believe I've come up with solutions to this problem.
